why do bluetooth mice behave erratically on android ?

    why do bluetooth mice behave erratically on android ?. i have tested on 2 different devices both TV boxes and on andoroid marshmallow with latest available updates. on windows 10 x64 behaves without problems, but on android mouse movement is very erratic.
