No contest. It's gotta be Eddie "The Eagle" Edwards.

thats not fair. im being serious, this is valentino rossi(not British, but Italian).rossi is 5 times world champ at motorbike racing. last year he was on the best bike in the best team, everyone said he only wins because of that. this year he is on a bike that got one podium finish last year. the bike is slow, they all over-take him on the straights, and guess what, hes on his way to be a 6 times world champ

Ok I'll be serious. Pele comes to mind and Gretsky and Lemieux and Cryuff and Arnie Palmer and Ted Williams/Joe Dimaggio and Roberto Baggio and Ali and Magic Johnson/Larry Bird and Jim Thorpe and Babe Didrickson and Vladimir Vashin Etc, Etc, Etc. I got more!

    Regards, big ed

yah, sorry. that was my point, we all know who schumaker is, but outside some european countries, including here, no one really knows who he is. well i think hes the best, maybe you should watch the next motogp, make sure its motogp though and not superbikes or something else, then you might see what i mean
heres a link just to show i havent made this up :D

    Hey, Iceni60

I guess I should have mentioned previously that I am not really a Motor Sports fan. After having lived and worked at least a year or more in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston; driving on a track w/rules and against other Pros is child's play. If Andretti or Schumacher ever attempted to give Boston a try on a normal weekday they would be changing their shorts quite often. If it happened to be a snowy day I would advise them to stay at home. What was even more fun was that many times I would find myself walking across a ten lane hwy, taking measurements as I went, doing my job.

If you ever get to visit the Colonies either avoid the above cities or take a cab!

If Motor Sports are your thing, go for it!! Regards, big ed

Valentino Rossi took victory in the Australian MotoGP to claim the world title for the fourth year in a row.

he is now a 6 times world champion at just 25. Rossi won the championship earier today. he is the greasest living sportsman

Rossi now has 41 wins from 79 starts for a winning percentage of 51.8%, far superior to that of Australian five-times world champion Mick Doohan (39.4%).

He floated like a butterfly and he stung like a bee. He lite the flame in Atlanta for all to see. He made a sport announcer at ABC. He took home gold in Rome for all to see. Come on folks say it with me. It's___________________?

    Thanks
