Who is Ashampoo?

I understand that the Ashampoo anti-malware is a rebranded Emsi. And from what I understand Ashampoo Office is a rebranded Softmaker. What are the other brands Ashampoo uses? What product are their burning studio, movie studio, photo commander and winoptimizer? Any others?

 

I think their AV also uses Bitdefender.

 

They are their own products.

If I remember correctly Magical Defrag was using PerfectDisk for its defrag engine. But they may have changed engines at some point. However rather than being a rebranded PerfectDisk, Magical Defrag provides constant background defagging. Basically Ashampoo wrote the software, and are using a 3rd party engine for the defrag.

 

They also have/had a firewall software, right? Last updated in April 10th, 2007 according to Softpedia.
