    This is just my own opinion but one only has to look at the facts with the flood of so many breaches, hacks etc reaching right straight into official's devices as well as gov networked inter-comms, let alone other industries like retailers etc.

    Point is, in the rush to enjoy easy communication across depts. etc. (in the guise of "convenience" "productivity") even telecom company's own marketing & sales hype peddled as guaranteed secure, in the chain and loop, none of their systems are foolproof.

    This is in my opinion where if government interactions and private communications are really of any importance it requires tighter and a whole different option then the one's that been impressed onto them from the current suppliers.

    Just the tip of the iceberg. Even this forum's members are keenly aware that this technology is far from prime time despite all the advances that make it's way published as the best and most secure.

    In other words, even government officials are using devices and working under laboratory conditions, again IMO.
