WHich version is best for slower computers?

    is version 2 better than version 3 for slow computers if they both use the similar viral definitions?

    Generally speaking -> NOD32 v2.7

    But it depends on what do you mean by slower computer :)

    its winxp but the computer makes MS's dubious lowest specification mind you

    If you are running a computer with less than normal hardware specs, I would also suggest 2.7.

    version 3.0 Isn't a resource hog at all, but 2.7 leaves little footprint on your system.
