Which programs for recovering lost pictures and repair corrupt pictures ?

Which programs do you recommend for ?

1. Recover lost pictures

2. Repair damaged or corrupt pictures


Programs can be different, I mean one for recovering and another one for repairing.

Please, only recommend those programs that you have already tested on pictures, thanks.

 

I cant help with repairing corrupt pictures, but recuva works for every filetype you want to retrive.

 

Yes, I know this program, but I haven't not yet recovered anything with Recuva and I'd like others programs more efficient.

 

Try Puran File Recovery.

I've had good luck with GetDataBack for NTFS.

 

For recovering datas included photos, I'm hesitating between :

I've tried almost all freewares,plus a few paid ones.But the best for me is O&O MediaRecovery 6,which was able to recover almost all of my pictures from an accidental erasure.I know it's an old version,but i have a license for it from an old promo,so it's a paid program.

I have tried both Recuva and GetDataBack for NTFS and they work well. Though when I used them, I don't know if I recovered pictures. Anyways good luck!
