Where to send file for bug analisys?

    People, where can i send a file for bug analisys? I mean, EAV (NOD32 v3) stalls whenever it scans a specific file on my computer and the whole system becomes unresponsive making me have to hard reset it. It didn't happen to NOD32 v2.7 and it doesn't happen to other AVs. I know it is not a virus but I'd like ESET to take a look in what is happening in EAV.

    You can use EAV's customer care system(Help-Contact customer care),but you can only submit a file(500KB maximum).
