Where is this Spam Originating?

    For a few months now it seems every online magazine or blog I go to has spam similar to this in its comments:

    "my buddy's sister-in-law makes $85 every hour on the internet. She has been laid off for 6 months but last month her pay check was $21092 just working on the internet for a few hours. Read more on this web site....."

    How long has this been around and who is believed to be responsible?

    Money mules... Could be any number of crews responsible.

    Don't know where these ads originate, but I've been seeing them for at least a year, on several different sites.
