Where is my license?

    Ok,i bought Eset Nod32 at my country (portugal) online yesterday at night,i used one of the two choices,with credit card or ATM and i selected by ATM,because i dont have a credit card,here is a photo of the options:

    Then i completed the form:

    And i received the email,and it was written that before 16h i would recieve the email with the license,but it has passed 18h and nothing yet,how much time this normally takes for real?
    I have pay online with BBVA online,on my bank account,i have printed the purchase,and have send it by email to eset in pdf form with the order number.

    Today's Sunday isn't it? Perhaps they need to check your order. In which case, wait for normal working hours on Monday.

    If that's the case, the 'shop' should be closed during weekends....

    The link doesnt work.
    Man looks like i have made a mistake,i should have bought kaspersky(the antivirus i always used) on the stupid store instead of this,i just "bought" this one because its more lighter than the new versions of kaspersky.its starting to look like i have given money to eset for nothing,eset must think i'm rich.And the big problem is that i cant find nod32 on stores,there is symantec,panda,bitdefender,kaspersky,mcafee,avg and G-DATA but not Nod32.
    I just hoppe the license is on my email tomorrow.

    chill man, what's the big deal. Do you expect everything to be instant?

    Just relax, I'm sure it'll be sorted in 24 hours.

    I'd check the spam folder in case the registration email was assesed as spam moved there. If that's not the case, contact the reseller you purchased the product from.

    Its not on the spam folder,and i have already send two email to Eset portugal and they haven't tell nothing yet,so maybe its because of the weekend.
