Where is Customer Support?

    I left 2 e-mails with customer support regarding TI-11 on Vista and have gotten no response from Acronis other than an automated e-mail.

    I've not been a customer very long and wanted to know if this is their general business model?

    Yup. You just have to read some of the other messages. Priority is given to businesses.

    I'm upset that Acronis has still managed to not get their crap together. To see users still fighting battles trying to get support makes me wonder how Acronis managed to stay in business all this time.....

    Back over 2 years ago I had the same battle with support and I was at the time looking to complete a deployment which would have netted Acronis $50K on software, unfortunately their product didn't work so my client told me to choose another vendor and LiveState Recovery did the trick. I think what has happened is that Acronis is content with being 2nd rate and has not even thought of competing with major products like Ghost, Backup Exec BESR and now Vista's BDD.

    look for the live-chat support section

    it's been excellent for me on both occasions, the operators were both knowledgeable (or had very very good resources with them at the time :) ) and were able to help me

    my issue was the ICH9R boot disc not working, they supplied me with a new unreleased one
