Where do virus tester upload/download malware files from?

Normally users upload their files to file hosting & cloud storage right?
But what about malware files? where do they upload to?
where do they download those 1000-5000 malware zip from ?
or do they choose some cloud storage that doesn't monitor malwares?

I've a collections of suspicious exe files abouts 600 files size 6GB
I want to find place upload to bank my malware files test
later for sometimes.

 

as far as downloading large numbers of malware files, I believe either VT or NVT has some way in which you can request a zip file of several malware samples which they will email you
