wher in the registry is context menu shell

    thanks Ron
    in registry there are so many entries named "Password Protection" some are embeded (within others) do I have to delete all (scared!!!). Also is it possible to derive the name of the responsble program from the registry. Thanks

    If you don't want to edit the registry, and I don't blame you, it might be best to leave it.

    I keep backups of my registry using Erunt And it has helped me a few times.

    Some programs are sloppy, no getting around it.

    If you want a third party program, here is one.

    I know that 3rd party program, I dont want to use it. Usually I install my programs through TU2. but that entry must have slipped from a so called stand-alone (no installation) program.I found such programs do add entries in the registry
