I did a research on this process and found out it belonged to COMODO.
It's using 100% of my system resources.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Try reinstalling. I haven't heard of the usage problem in awhile.

What version of Comodo Firewall are you using?
Last time I saw this was with version 2.
In part, the cure was to disable logging.

Hmm. Bit of a pain, this sort of thing.
Does it do it all the time, or just when certain program/s are open/downloading? If the latter, that may be a clue. If the former, I'd probably go with a re-install, or you could ask for help with it at the Comodo forum.

There is a self test in the firewall which checks the soundness of the installation. That might be worth checking. Can't remember how to get to it, sorry.

If you decide to re-install it, attached is a text file that I copied from the Comodo forum, which removes components/reg entries that the uninstaller has been known not to remove.
If you want to use this (at your own risk, of course, but I haven't had a problem with it) download it to your desktop (or a convenient folder), rename the extension from .txt to .bat, accept the Windows warning about changing the extension, and after running the uninstaller, run the .bat file by double clicking on it, then pressing the "any" key. :D
If you want to be really thorough you could search the registry for Comodo, and CFP, and delete any legacy driver references found, for which you'd have to change the permissions.

I think CFP with D+ is a pretty sound application, but it was the install/uninstall problems that, in part, caused me to change in the end.

Can u open and see DefencePlus > View D Plus events

It might be blocking some benign events constantly, causing this issue. See what things it is blocking, if there are any.

This issue has been fixed a few times. If you have D+ in Clean PC Mode, then try Safe Mode. Reason is Clean PC Mode scans your PC all the time for unknown files and adds it to the 'pending list'. Otherwise check for viruses and spyware and be sure none of your security software is conflicting.

By the way, it's known that Memory usage is high on startup, like 27MB or so. (Not that it should slow down your PC and should not cause 100& cpu on cmdagent.exe) Because CIS checks for virus updates and that takes alot of RAM, but after 5-10 mins it should be normal. this should be improved in the next CIS Beta version (With Heuristics built in) and alot of other stuff. Also try a fresh reinstall and do not import your old config.
