What you say about this combination:
    1) Real Time: Windows XP SP3 Firewall (Router Firewall - settings: WPA2-PSK) + Malware Defender + Sandboxie Pro + Shadow Defender Pro (+ eventually WinPatrol Plus)
    2) On demand: Malwarebytes'Anti-Malware Free + Emsisoft Anti-Malware Free

it's a good light setup with no overlap.

it should be highly effective and problems free.
i highly recommend some imaging app as well.

this is a good setup..I would just get rid off malware defender from the bunch tho.. sandboxie alone with on demand scanning should be more than enough:) I hope you have a system image as mentioned by moontan just in case:argh:

Yes, computer security is about protecting your private data. Therefore, an imaging backup application would be good to have in case of a HDD-crash or, against all odds, an infection tries to ransom you out of your data.

I have had that setup in the past minus Winpatrol + Emsisoft.
    Very good choice IMO.

Since you have Malware Defender, you don't need WinPatrol Plus...;)
