Anyone can please recommend a good tool that erases them without the chance of being recouvered? I don't want any young student playing around the machine and undelete files and photots ( you know, some of them are very private and personal )

If you are in an environment where "young" students have access to the computer, then my suggestion would be not have them on there to begin with. This also sounds like it is not your personal computer. I do not think the owner\organization\institution would appreciate it either.

The free CCleaner will do you fine. Just be sure you go to Options>Settings and make sure "secure deletion" is checked with either 3 or 7 passes.

With that said, I agree with ThunderZ.
