Not sure if this belongs in this forum or not if not please delete the post. I have two folders in my "C" drive that I am not sure how they got there. The two folders are: 1) 8d93e680eaf51bd2c610e6q28ad9 and 2) efe492c484f8864de98d12717a78464 Both of the above folders contain 2 sub folders (amd64 and i386). The sub folders each contain 7 files: a) filterpipelineprintproc.dll, b) msxpsdrv.inf, c) msxpsinc.ppd, d) xpssvcs.dll, e) msxpsdrv.cat, f) msxpsinc.gpd and g) mxdwdrv.dll. It appears the 7 files are identical in name and size, only exception is that the files in the sub folders in the number 1 parent folder are printed in black and the files in the sub folders in parent folder 2 are printed in blue. My system is Windows XP Professional, SP 3, 32 bit and it is an AMD. As always all replies will be appreciated and I would thank you in advance. John
I did a quick search and they would appear to be Windows system folders and files. You can do more research but they shouldn't be anything to worry about. I've also got them on XP SP3. Maybe you just didn't notice them before?
