What item in Host file is blocking a site?

Can someone sugests how can check the item that are blocking a site?

P.S.: 'HostsServer' doesn´t work to me!

 

if you dont use a software try manually:
open with a descent text editor (eg notepad++) and delete one half (cut and copy temporary into another text file.
if no success-> undo and cut & copy the next half,
if success copy back the half of the half and so on.

 

I use HostsMan's exclude feature.

i had to do same last week to find a mismatch between uMatrix hosts file list and my windows hosts file.
windows is for all, uMatrix / uBlock origin for Firefox/Opera. i took not longer than 5 minutes with that method.
