What is this? Help

I stil struggle For months with a virus on Pc. It freez my mouse for a few seconds or 2 minutes. I can't see nothing strange in the start or proces list.
Til now i used a lot of anti spyware tool. CWSshredder found it found a CWS variant and 2 CWs related hostfile. But my mouse is still freezing.

U mentioned a virus.

I assume u are running an AV app. Is it detecting anything?

As for CWS, it can be rather difficult to remove so i would recommend visiting one of the sites at this link,

and post a HijackThis log at the site of your choice for further analysis and possible cleansing of your system.
