What is the fastest way to convert music file formats and then download the converted files to your phone? I've looked at MusicBee and MediaMonkey, but there's tons of learning for each one of them, however, unfortunately, I am almost out of time for the project that I'm working on. Any suggestions?

There are numerous ways to do it, but it sounds like you're in a hurry.
The quickest and simplest way that I can think of straight off the top of my head is dBpoweramp. It's not free though.

What audio format do you want to convert from and to?

Simply select the music files you want to convert, right click and select "Convert To".

This is a Windows 11 File Explorer view.

You'll be presented with the following to choose an audio format to convert to.

Well, this is another time that Wilders has come through for me again. :) Thanks a bunch, Hadron.

However, I saved the converted MP3 music files into a folder on my desktop, however, I had thought that the songs would be listed in the order that I placed them in the folder. However, they were listed in the order of the tracks from the album that the songs are from. :thumbd: Or in other words, even though I converted each song from a playlist that I had, at the top of the new folder on my desktop are all the track #1s from each album that the songs came from. Therefore, there are about six track #1s at the top of my list and following that there are nine track # 2s, etc.

But does anyone know how I can put these songs in the order that I want them to be played so that when I play the folder, the songs will play in that order? (That is, if I can even do that.) Or do I need to add those songs into some sort of player?

Plus, what I plan to do is either transfer these tracks to my phone or a USB drive and play those songs through a portable Bluetooth speaker. Any ideas anyone?

There are a couple of things you need to know.
You have file names and you have tag information that is added to music files.
Tags are what music players read and display on your screen.

My naming convention for music file names is like this.
    01 - Song Title 1.mp3
    02 - Song Title 2.mp3

Have a look at the screenshot that I've attached. I'm using Directory Opus, but File Explorer also shows tag metadata, but not quite as nicely.
Don't worry about the .flac file extension. I always have file extensions displayed. FLAC files are just a different audio format to MP3.

Once you have your files named correctly, you need to check your track tags.
Right click on a track > dBpoweramp > Edit ID Tags.
You can add all the track information there, including album art, lyrics etc.

The essential tag information that you need is:
    Artist
    Title
    Album
    Track
    Year
    Genre
    Album Artist

You can add as little or as much as you want.
"Track" is the track number. Always add a leading zero to the track number for tracks 01 to 09. 01, 02, 03 etc.

Once you've done that, your tracks will all be in order, no matter whether they're sorted by file name or tag metadata.
