what is " MBR sector of the 1. physical disk - probably unknown TSR.BOOT virus [7] "?

    I did a scan (maximum setting) and NOD32 said it found this

    MBR sector of the 1. physical disk - probably unknown TSR.BOOT virus [7]

    Is this a real virus or false positive?

    My machine :

    - IBM R40 Laptop
    - Windows XP Pro SP1
    - FAT32 File System
    - No floppy disk

    Before I did a scan I used IBM Rescue and Recovery 2.0 (2.02.017:cool: to backup Windows image file, so, does it cause this warning? it's probably impossible to infect by boot virus because my laptop has no floppy disk.
