What if I want to test some hips ^^

    Hi guys...

    I would like to test some hips softwares...but I have never done it before...so I wanted some advice ^^

    I have VmWare and I have win2000 installed on it...is that ok to test softwares? I know that there are viruses which don't start when u're in a virtual machine, is that the same with leaktests?

    Tell me everything u know about testing hips :D

    And I'll give a hand to this community :argh:

    I think the main problem is not VM, but w2k. Some HIPS will not start under w2k. As for the leaktests. I know no one that would not start under VM. Happy testing :)

    First I'd replace Win2k with at least XP which is the most common OS. Second image and test restore your system, just in case.
