    Greetings:

In this post I will use "system partition" to mean the partition where Windows is installed.

I would like to expand the size of my system partition to absorb adjacent unallocated space.

What does "Sector to sector move" mean? Under what circumstances would I select this option?

    Thanks for your help.

You will not need Sector by Sector for that type of operation for known file systems like NTFS. Sector by Sector is typically used for unknown file systems.
