what does none/highly anonymous mean?

    i was just tracking my WAN IP address and of course it leaded me to my ISP which is Cox communicatoins. i was using ip-adress.com and i noticed it said none/highly anonymous next to my proxy. is that a good thing or bad thing? thanks in advance

    this means it could not detect any proxy, so either your not using a proxy or the proxy does not certain http headers
    in this case you said your tracing your ip so your not using a proxy so it means no proxy so bad, if you know your using a proxy (ip shows up different than your ip) then you are using a highly anonymous proxy which is a good thing.
    it basically means it cannot tell if you are using a proxy or not
