what do you think of this laptop?

    try super markets like tesco,asda etc.
    tesco do acer laptops which are decent enough.
    also why do you want vista lol?
    i guess if it comes with vista you dont want it to lagg.
    but you could always install linux on it.
    i dont think they wil be to bad thou and shouldnt lagg to much.

    thanks, i saw some ads in the paper today from tescos, i'll have a look at their site.

    i haven't spent much time trying to find anything, but, so far most places i've looked are selling similar PCs for similar prices, most have celerons and/or shared graphics memory. so if that PC i linked to runs ok i'll get it. i suppose i can maybe try it in the shop.

    does anyone know anything about that processor? -

    AMD Turion 64 X2 Dual Core TL-50

    i still think i'm going to fix people's computers so i need vista to learn it. once i get the laptop i'll change my mind and install linux over it :D

    It's desent laptop but i think 2 gb ram or 1.5 gb ram would be better for vista.
