From the software you run I'd say you're Chinese...

I once tried Rising Firewall and it seemed to be effective. However, upon uninstalling it Windows Security Center still sees a firewall installed and I have found absolutely no way to get rid of the Rising leftovers. I say buyer beware with their stuff (even if it's free).

I would recommend getting rid of Rising Firewall and replace it with another third party (Comodo Firewall, Online Armor Firewall or Outpost Firewall - The best in my opinion).

    or...

You can just use the built-in Firewall that comes with Windows.

    or...

Windows Firewall with Windows Firewall Control, to give you a more controlled firewall set up.

Other than the Firewall, I think your set up is quite good.

If it was my choice, I would do this

    360 Internet Security
    SpyShelter Pro
    Windows Firewall Control

    or even this...

    360 Internet Security
    Windows Firewall Control

You are wasting too many resources on security.

Remove Rising and use Windows FW. Their company was caught creating malware to sell product and overall shady business practices.

Remove AV with sandbox and just run a simple AV. Spyshelter Pro will take care of the rest.

I would say to not paying too much attention on Comodo's leaktest. Real-life scenarios are more complex than just a leaktest. Now there are seven basics I use before I'm building my own security setup:

    1. No fortress is flawless, and there won't be any
    2. Balance of security and usability
    3. If you can brick your OS by playing around with that security software, then that means it's a good security software
    4. Think rationally, whether or not you need those tools
    5. Know what those tools can do, and what those tools can't do
    6. Free solutions are not always the option, and paid solutions are not always better
    7. Think out of the box, don't limit yourself to only the mainstream setups

Not that I'm forcing you or anybody else to do the same thing as I do. But at least never think that your setup is invincible. I strongly suggest to use an imaging program and backup regularly, whatever your setup is/will be.
