    I once lived in California. A nice place but their state government makes me never want to go there again. Somehow I would probably owe them taxes for doing so. I probably shouldn't have said their name. There will probably soon be fees for that. I don't expect the company I work for will owe them any taxes for any reason, though I forwarded the article to the boss for informational purposes.
