I just ran a full scan with Ewido 3.5 and had about 10,000 skipped files. I was just wondering what they were?
Also, I think I found a false positive. It tags a heuristic.Win32.dialer located in C:/programfiles/commonfiles/VerizonOnline/Conn.mgr/VerizonOnline.exe. This is my DSL service.

Edit: just checked this file on jotti and kaspersky and it is clean.

Under scanner settings, if you check all options, no files will be skipped. The more you uncheck, the more skipped files you have....

    HTH ;) ...

Could you please send "VerizonOnline.exe" to submit@ewido.net? Thanks :)

@puff-m-d: couldn't have explained it any better, thanks :)

Hi Fish. I did submit Verizon.exe through the Ewido web page support feature yesterday. I mentioned that I thought it was a false positive in the box for explanation. But will re-submit it to submit@ewido.net.
