What about a TI11 update for us poor customers running the german version?

    ...or am I the only one and then it'd be understandable that there is no hurry to get the german version out as well.

    A bit more serious, after having read the changelog for build 8053en,
    (https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=191562) I see quite a few items fixed or improved that I experience in the german version as well.

    So please, Acronis, get out this update also for the german version!

    The longer you wait, the more chance you'll have of it behaving itself with RAID and things- theoretically. :)

    according to the 8053en changelog, the one particular RAID problem should now be solved.
    Isn't that true (looking for this and one other supposedly solved problem)?

    Some of the RAID problems have been fixed. For example, 8,053 sees my RAID 0 on my P965/JMicron computer okay, but others have reported that it still doesn't on their computers (with the same chipset).

    ok, but even if there is only the chance that a problem is fixed, then this is still better and something to try than sit on a version that *definitely* has the problem.

    Hm, I'm using Acronis True Image Home since version 9.0 and I did checkmark the following two items: 'Notify me about critical updates for my registered products' and 'Notify me about upgrades for my products'. But I did never get an email about any updates (only the upgrades)... Or am I missing something?

    I have also owned TI since version 9 and in that time I have received only ONE email that was an upgrade ad for TI 10 about three months after TI 10 came out (I had already purchased and registered TI 10). I have never received any "update" emails or other non-support emails. (Both options are checked.)

    However, I usually download the updates right when they come out, so maybe the Acronis site knows that I downloaded the update and doesn't send the email.

    I remember that about two years ago all the English speaking users were hopping mad that a German build which fixed several problems had been released months before their version saw the light of day.

    What goes around comes around ( or something like that)
