    Hello,
Up till the last Windows update, if you hid a critical update like WGA, it would display a yellow bar warning you that one or more critical updates are hidden, click to restore ...
Now, I'm not seeing the warning anymore.
So, the question is, where has WGA gone? Did they withdraw it?
    Or did they bundle it?

And I noticed the gkweb's wgaremove was removed from the site. Coincidence?

Me too, hopefully they withdrew it. Their WU and MU site cant install updates properly on my computer, but a manual download from technet works. ;)

I doubt they bundle WGA together with another one of their latest updates. If they dare to do that, I'll call in a SWAT team and throw a bundle of explosives in their office for that. Tit for tat! Just my cracked-up sense of humour.

Maybe it comes with IE7.I don't think they would put it in some patch, if someone would found that out, all hell would break loose (again).

I've just checked my systems on Microsoft Update and when I restore the hidden updates, WGA Notification isn't listed any more. I know I never installed it (I checked my History to make sure) so maybe the outcry has made them sit up and take notice of a few of their customers? Just for once?

Maybe because there was a major problem with validation of vlk licenses. It was a nightmare for some corporations and universities
