website reputation / blocking not working?

    hey,

    when using search engines Webroot doesn't notify me about Website reputations. Also I haven't seen it block any Websites whatsoever. I use it with Windows Firewall where I allowed Webroot's traffic. Also I use OpenDNS and DNSCrypt. I don't think any of those could interfere with Webroot as DNS lookup doesn't have anything to do with Webroot blocking Websites or showing reputations. The Webroot addon is activated in Internet Explorer but at least for me it doesn't seem to work properly.

    Does anyone know what might be causing this?

    NVM...it seems like those Features aren't compatible with Internet Explorer In-Private mode.

    That's correct - IE blocks extensions from accessing browser data when in private mode. Let me know if you have any other questions!
