webroot spysweeper enterprise help!

Hi ppl,i'm new here so just to say hello!

I'we got a small problem,i just installed spysweeper enterprise edition and 5 client computers and everything worked fine until i it started to download update files.It has downloaded old files and program components and under update info i still got the most recent update file that hasn't been downloaded for 3 hours now.(and its set up to contact update server every 1 hour).Any1 knows some way to fix this?I haven't found a way for me to manually update it.Sorry if i posted in the wrong forum.

That's the best thing I can think of right now cause I am not familiar with enterprise edition.

Thx for the help,on the site they say that it's a microsoft problem(why am i not surprised)
