I installed the new version of SpySweeper and when booting up my system just now got an alert from ProcessGuard that wrsssdk.exe (related to Spysweeper) tried to modify several of my protected programs. Anyone else encounter this or know what is going on. I don't find a Spysweeper forum anywhere.

Older versions did this too, simply allow it - as you trust the program in question

Thanks Gavin - I didn't notice it in the old version probably because it (ProcessGuard) was in the learning mode. However, these programs (my security programs) I have protected from termination and modification. I don't like the idea of granting another program permission to modify them without knowing more about the modification SpySweeper is attempting. I just don't trust anything that needs to "mess" with my security.

    Hi Hard Rocker,

Since your question does not have anything to do with Process Guard, I have moved it to its own thread HERE ;) ...
