HSBC India also provides free Webroot for customers?

question th... if im running the 5pc complete version and i want to run it on my mobile devices do i need a special version? i tried adding the key to the one i installed but it says invalid. i see the mobile "complete" version listed. but it seems that one lacks many features the 4.99$ one has like call blocking for instance. i had expected to get at least the same features as the 4.99$ version when using a complete edition. i started a new key just for the tablets and phones just for that reason and the primary reason was to be able to block certain numbers.

You should be able to add devices in the Mobile Security section.
yes i did but it seems like it wants me to install the mobile "complete" version which as i said lacks the one feature i want that the normal android one does have

Installed Internet Security Plus on my laptop and phone and I can't get Password Manager to work. I receive the message, 'Unknown email address'. Neither show up in the web console. Here we go again, more time wasted trying to get a feature working.

I have already contacted support who doesn't seem to know what the answer is so I sent them some information from their own forum. It's ridiculous that they don't fix these web console problems.
Did you add the keycode to the free version with the same email address to your online account to make it Premier? Also have you setup your online account to allow passwords to be saved under account settings?
An old, expired key has locked me out of changing the setting. Notice it reads Essentials. My brand new key is associated with this console and I can't move this key to a new console with a new email address. The first thing I told support was to delete all the consoles and I will start over. It would have been simple but it appears like I get to play this back and forth junk again. I answer their question then 24 hours later I get a new question. I see by the dates at the forum that this has happened going back to 2012 so why am I telling support what is wrong and why isn't it fixed? Frustrated and tired of this.
I believe this is the answer but, once again, I am at the mercy of tech support to fix the inept web console again.
I have multiple Consoles under the same email address and each you can change the permissions with a new keycode so keep in touch with support to get it sorted as they are the only ones that can make changes. Neither my android phone or computer show up in this new console with my new key. If they would let the user make changes, such as deleting old or corrupt consoles, it would save some frustration. Or, maybe they could just fix it so it works correctly a majority of the time.
Well I have never had any online console issues since it's inception so I don't see the issues some users report sorry.
Why doesn't your Account Settings page look like mine?
I accessed it through Manage Keycodes and you accessed it through Account Settings.
i have the mobile complete installed and entered the key and it shows in the program. but i see no where to block calls. its odd. i have reinstalled 3 times and restarted the phone. no go.
Have a look at these online user guides, I will have a look as I have the Complete app on my HTC One M8.

Well it's a development issue so reply to the ticket to see if there is an update on the progress. Also note there is no worry as you and support only have access to your online account!
Is the beta fully able to stop threats....What happens to the 250 days left on beta when the beta ends or does the beta last that long?..I'm greedy
