Got it on my machine. For some reason it took a very long time with high disk usage but its smooth now.

Most times after an update even though WSA does not ask I always do a reboot to set the new drivers next time you see this try that.

Not sure more features are really necessary IMO. I'd much rather is stay small, simple, and light.

Agreed. I do think Webroot should add a shield which would do a similar thing that AppGuard does with selected or vulnerable applications. Sort of like Identity Shield is for browsers and other potential financial sources, but would add stronger policy restrictions to processes.

Anyway, has anyone heard of what is planned for '15 edition of WSA?

Good Morning! Ironic that you mention AppGuard...I currently have it running alongside WSA...and VoodooShield...ultra light and highly responsive. Regarding features with WSA Security Plus...it has everything I currently need and want...NO..NO..NO..we don't want or need Toolbars...Registry Tools...or Massive Back Up Capacity...Webroot in my eyes is fully featured. Sincerely...Securon

I think the term is improvements on the already good features for 2015.

    Daniel ;)

I like the System Optimizer that Complete version has I'm still not using the Password Manager or the Back Up & Sync because all these years it's hard to change habits nothing more as I have a 1TB Back Up Drive and I have a system for passwords.

One suggestion I would make for the Webroot team, if I install a new browser after I install Webroot SecureAnywhere it takes quite a bit before it detects it and installs the url checker. I would suggest a "Check Browser" button in the advance settings that would scan for installed browsers and addons and see if a new browser is installed that needs the url filter addon. It does not seem worth it to have to reinstall WSA just because of a new browser.

Only IE, Firefox, Chrome & Safari are only Officially supported but some have got it to work in some other browsers.

I understand that but if I were to install Webroot SecureAnywhere on a fresh Windows install and then Install Firefox after WSA it takes a longtime before Webroot decides to install the webfilter for the new browser. I installed Firefox after WSA on my one laptop 3 months ago and it was just yesterday it offered to install the URL filter extension. A manual button to cause that to happen a little quicker in advance settings would be great

I am also using WSA with AppGuard :)

That's nice to know. I am quite sure however that Webroot will implement one "bigger" feature as it is needed in the promotion of '2015 product. Normal business tactics. :)

Personaly I'd love for WSA to skip the extension. It's bloatware. Better to have it like Emsiofts' suite or MBAM.

do NOT add extra junk this is one of THE reasons i like webroot so much. its just so simple and light. please do not add anything as far as extras!!! also the newest update is working great except i do notice the scans seem to be taking a bit longer than before.
