I've been a Norton user for a long time and won't go into details yet of why I want to jump off that ship, but I'm considering WSA. However, I'm confused about the relationship between Webroot and Prevx. I've been a member of the Wilders forums for quite a while and I kinda of know that Prevx has something to do with Webroot's AV solutions, but never paid much attention until now. And Webroot has its own support forums, so I'm a bit confused about the connections. From what I gather from this thread, Prevx is to become an obsolete product and WSA will become the dominant one? Understand that I'm just trying to figure out the connections so I know which company/product I'm dealing with.
Sure but you still have the flagship of prevx and the Top Notch support of the prevx crew here at wilders..
@MarcP Hi there, hopefully these posts may help to clarify for you: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=2089632&postcount=6 https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=2090138&postcount=8 But they are still looking after Prevx as well for the time being, so it's perfectly safe to use if you'd prefer. One of the major reasons why I'm considering WSA is not just the good scores, but the honest interaction with the user base. That an also an active presence on social media where warts are not hidden, but worked on to resolve. This goes a long way to differentiate a company that cares from a cold robotic one. So don't change. The way you are is the reason why I'm now on board.
Great to have back on board WSA is amazing Webroot's complete support system are amazing! Want to see a funny video? -http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CuovBNIFW1E&feature TH
