webroot internet security essentials

    Have just been given this by my dad has a month left on it 3 user licence thought i would give it a go seems very light is detection good??

    As far as I know, Webroot uses the Sophos engine, which is quite light and still has decent detection rates. Nothing bad with it at all! It's as good as any other anti-malware application. Prevx aside, of course (a highly personal thought). :D

    Long ago, word "XP" was attached to everything. These days "XP" seems to be replaced by "essentials". *Sigh*...

    well i ahve been a big fan of kaspersky but just got a 5 user licence for webroot from e bay for £8 gonna use this for a year see how it goes.
