Webcam utility needed

Is anybody aware of an application which allows you to use one webcam with several aplication in the same moment.
Normaly the webcam gets blocked for other applications if it is used by one program.

 

Excuse me, could you be more explicit about what you need?

 

Ok, if you use your webcam for example in MSN Messanger, the cam is blocked for a use in a second apllication for example Yahoo Messanger. You can't use it at the same time in two different applications. I need a solution for that.

 

Tommy, I use this program and is the best to do what you want, in fact it sends up to 64 clients at the same time, and can send video and photo, it even sends the image of your monitor(all the image, not a part, it desn't rezise), and the best of all "IT IS FREE".

Tommy, you can change the defalut window of splitcam for a little one, cause the defalut is too big!
