It must be old with IE eating glue. (I do not use IE but it is no longer slow by any stretch of the imagination, IE 9 that is of course).

Ehhh, I think it would be more accurate if Firefox were holding IE9 (half nelson) and Chrome were punching IE9 in the gut =p Opera looks about right but should probably be the one eating glue.

Chrome and Firefox both come from Google (essentially) and they compete less with each other and more from IE. Firefox has long been the browser element that pulls users from IE.

Where's Safari? Must be a fat kid or in a different playground (Mac/iOS).

One question (besides on IOS) Who uses safari? It is the most bloated browser I have ever seen! I know people who aren't tech literate and the first thing they do on their mac (since showing them) is install chrome :)

Also trying opera now because that link up there ^^ its pretty nice actually.

Portableapps.com is paying quite some attention to Opera: there have been four release candidates "portabilised" in three days (-http://portableapps.com/news/2011-06-26_-_opera_portable_11.50_rc_4_released-).
