Port Explorer is showing Weather Watcher as a hidden socket. What exactly does hidden mean? Is this always a bad thing? From all the research I've done, that application is OK and is not a security threat. Furthermore, TDS doesn't seem not have a problem with it.

This means the program has no visible windows on your screen, it probably just runs as a tray icon :)

This is very powerful and detects most old RATs, and of course a decent amount of newer RATs. They allow or open a connection, and dont have anything on screen (of course)

You are correct. It runs as only an icon in the system tray. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't trying to tell me the program was malware. Thanks for the clarification.
