WDE and VMWARE Fusion on Mountain Lion

    I'm running Mountain Lion with Fusion 6.
    I created a VM of Win 7 x64.
    I installed TrueCrypt and encrypted the entire VM. (WDE)
    Is this safe? Is my TC password that I'm using to boot into
    Windows 7 ever stored somewhere where some who gets access
    to my computer can recover it somehow?
    What about using Parallels instead under the same scenario?
