I have not found a place to enter the serial number I purchased in my trial download of Disk Director Suite 10.0. I have not heard back from Acronis customer support or tech support ALL DAY LONG. It sounds like they have one or two people working there. From what I've read on the forums, the trial version needs to be uninstalled before installing the paid version. If this is so, it is b.s. There should be a warning before we are duped into downloading the entire 68MB trial version so we don't waste time and bandwidth. If there is a place to enter the serial number in the trial version, please let me know as I cannot find it. Most other software allow you to simply type your serial number into the trial version in order to upgrade to a paid version, without any extra downloads.
