    Hi there,

I've been trialling prevx and so far its been ok..

I like how it will report on remote devices from myprevex. We have devices travelling around the world which are hard to keep monitored.

We do develop our own software and release new builds nightly, which are installed automatically. Prevx thinks these are malicious, how can we prevent this?

It's also detecting new files in our other platforms as they update over the air. Can I exclude a whole folder(s)?

And Prevx 4, is there an upgrade path to it?

    Cheers,
    Dan

    Hello,
Welcome to the forums :) It's possible that a single signature is catching your software - if you could please send a scan log to report@prevxresearch.com, we'll investigate how to fix it, although you can exclude a folder if that would be preferred (under Detection Overrides by adding a folder name).

You will have the ability to migrate over to Prevx 4 as well once it is released.

Please let me know if you have any other questions!

I've emailed you the log files but had no response?

I also cant see how to exclude whole folders.

This is shame as a liked the product, the lack of support really lets it down.

I'm unfortunately not sure - you will want to write into our customer support inbox as they're more familiar with the Enterprise product.

Let me know if you have any problems in the meantime!
