waiting for another operation completion...

    Hello,

    I'm using acronis TrueImage 8.0 (build 774) on a windows 2003 server (used as a TSE.)

    When I create a backup job and I start it, no image is created and the log file says : waiting for another operation completion.

    Have you got any idea ? Thanks in advance.

    Hi brownbird

    We have the same error message on a W2K client. It could be caused by M$ Access. Did you find a solution in the meantime?

    First of all, please download the latest build (791), which is available on our web site at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/support/updates/. To get access to updates you should register your software first at http://www.acronis.com/homecomputing/registration/. Please disable any download managers, internet download/connection boosters, etc. before the download.

    It is unlikely that the image is not being created because of Microsoft Access. Could you please do the following:

    - Download the http://www.acronis.com/files/support/schedmgr.exe file;
    - Start the Command Prompt from Start -> Programs -> Accessories menu;
    - Run the following command in the folder you saved the file to:

    schedmgr get report > schedreport.txt

    - Send the created schedreport.txt file to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. Please indicate in the subject of the letter that you want to contact Ilya Toytman. I will do my best in order to help you to solve the problem.
