W7P64 - Do I need these Microsoft Visual C++ Redist.?
Or what are they for? I sometimes root Androids if that helps.

Pictured GREEN are installed the 4 in BLACK are not installed.
Should I install these?

Also, those aren't the latest versions, the 2017 one has newer update (14.16.27024.1) you can download it here https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads

 

My question is:
Should I install the 4 that are NOT installed?

 

Usually if an application needs newer version it will install it during installation. I never installed those manually.
