w32.hllw.gaobot please help

    Ok..norton anti virus says i have the gaobot in 5 files and it can't fix, repair or quarantine them and when i run the removal tool it says gaobot not found on puter. I have run ad aware and cleaned up. Does anyone have any ideas?
    Please help..I have been at this for day.
