    VZWNotiagent is a .exe file that came with a new Verizon cell phone. The program constantly asks to be installed but has not been flagged by ESET (yet).

    Has anyone experienced this or have suggestions?

    I have seen this often in LG phones and being a Verizon customer myself, I'm familiar with their proprietary software and the issues they can present. Is this happening whenever you use your computer or only when you sync the phone? Have you contacted LG Mobile and/or Verizon Support for help with this issue yet?
