VSS errors, SQL VDI errors & MSSQLSERVER ERRORs

    Hi..

    hope someone may be able to anwser a question for me... using TI to backup 2003 sbs server and during the backup i am seeing numerous sqlvdi errors mssqlserver errors and vss errors or each database on the server. Does anyone have an idea hopw to resolve... the backup report as completed successfully, just a bit concerned regarding these errors....

    Sqllib error: OLEDB Error encountered calling ICommandText::Execute. hr = 0x80040e14. SQLSTATE: 42000, Native Error: 3013
    Error state: 1, Severity: 16
    Source: Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server
    Error message: BACKUP DATABASE is terminating abnormally.

    Sqllib error: Failed to create VDS object. hr = 0x80770005.

    BackupVirtualDeviceFile::SendFileInfoBegin: failure on backup device '{7EC98E29-E55A-47BD-AF39-B670906C2583}7'. Operating system error 995(error not found).

    ?? no one getting vss errors on sql backup ??

    Hello g2000t,

    Thank you for using Acronis Corporate Products

    You can ignore this error message. The main reason is that Acronis VSS provider gets the access to the database using Microsoft (native) VSS provider. After that native VSS provider tries to create its own snapshot, but Acronis program terminates it.
