VPN connect MS exchange Server Failed

At home I use VPN to connect company's mail server(MS exchange server) and download mail to Outlook 2003.But it does not work under ESS 3.0 b2.After VPN running,validated the username and passsword,finally it failed and report "The romote Server did not response" such.I tried to configure the firewall within the ESS,whatever I did,it did not make sense until I let "Allow All".

Can anybody help?Thanks a million.

Enable logging of all blocked connections and then adjust or create the appropriate rule that will allow VPN traffic.
