Cool, thank you for letting me know! BTW... if a file has already been analyzed by VoodooAi, it is stored in the VoodooAi cloud, so the next time someone analyzes that file, the "Calculating VoodooAi" will not be shown, since VS just grabs the result from the VoodooAi cloud database. So the first time a file is analyzed by VoodooAi, you will see "Calculating VoodooAi", but when that file is analyzed again (by anyone), you will not see "Calculating VoodooAi". I hope this is what is happening, if not, please let me know, thank you!

Venture Capital ;). We might raise some money and build VS on our own, or sell VS to a good company that will do amazing things with it ;). Thank you!

Yeah, Cylance is a great product, but I think the computer should also be locked when it is at risk ;).

I did another complete uninstall of VS 333 (as I do with every new version), installed VS as admin and rebooted. This time I left it in training mode for a couple of hours and then ran PowerPoint and OneNote extensively.
Switched back to smart mode and all seems OK now. Very odd because I haven't seen this before. And, by the way, the lockup I had was total, not just the VS GUI, so let's see what happens now.
    Regards

Very cool, thank you! I added that video (along with some others) to our website. I really like his review... I wish he would have demonstrated VoodooAi and a lot of the other features though, but I think he is going to next time. I mainly liked the fact that he kept emphasizing that VS would be ideal for computer novices.

    Hi Dan,
Just installed 3.33 beta - no issues so far with the new version.
Maybe it's me but VS seems more responsive when toggling on/off.
As always great work Dan and thankyou.

Hmmm, if this continues to happen, please let me know... I wonder what could be triggering that, thank you!

so there is no special protection for powershell and windows script host and cmd.exe? any process can call them, and execute javascript, as long as it is not coming in through the browser or email client?

Cool, I would keep Avira... it is a great product and it never hurts to have additional layers of protection, thank you!
