    Too bloated...and complex...funny...but again...IMHO it is the other way around; OSA is baffling in terms of what to set whilst CL is easypeazy. But again...go figure how come we see things differently. :D

    Same here. Running it on my HP desktop, no problem. :thumb:

    I wasn't comparing the two. My experience is that it's blocked MS Defender updates, silently blocked assorted things with and without log info in order to allow. WhitelistCloud, Attack Chains, Windows Sandbox are all examples of unnecessary bloat.

    I'm seeing some people here talk about how voodoo CL slowed their machines down.

    I had the same problem a few years ago. Dan changed the way WhiteListCloud works and now it runs great on any machine that's up to par with what windows needs.

    I'd recommend using O&O ShutUp10++ though, after you use that your windows machines will run like sports cars.

    It's probably because Cyberlock has become too bloated and complex. I still use an old version of OSArmor though, it works just fine so I didn't see the need to upgrade, at least not yet.

    Wonder why such a long time for the release of a [new] version? The longest time ever, i.e. more than 3 months.

    CyberLock_3 months between release of v7.77 and v7.79_01.JPG

    Its a stable and mature product, probably no need anymore for a lot of updates/fixes.

    That must be the reason. ;) So, obvious that I didn't think of it. :)

    I got popup a short time ago, and because it was a batch file, I didn't allow. Therefore, it was blocked.

    @Triple Helix

    I just checked, and even though it showed a blocked batch file, there was a successful Intel update at that time. So, I don't know what that means in relation to the block I instigated around the same time.

    After updating from 7.78, I lost all my settings. The whitelist was okay, but the settings reset themselves. It's not a big deal, it's just annoying.
